What with the holidays coming up, most outdoorsmen are eager to feature their wild-harvested game meat in a dish or two to help supplement the big spreads that show up on dining room tables this time of year.

If you want something different, easy, and especially tasty, this venison stuffing recipe, explained in the video above, will be just the ticket.

  • 1 lb ground venison
  • 3/4 cup diced zucchini
  • 3/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced mushrooms
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • Prepared stuffing of your choice
  • Salt and pepper
