• 2 pounds ground venison
• 1-1/2 cups chopped celery
• 1 garlic clove
• 2 cans tomato soup
• 6 oz. tomato paste
• 12 oz. chili sauce
• 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
• 1-1/2 tsp. steak sauce
• 2 tsp. salt
• 1-1/2 tsp. thyme
• 1-1/2 tsp. sage
• 1 green pepper
• 1-1/2 cups chopped onion
• 1-1/2 cups chopped carrots
• 16 oz. diced tomatoes with liquid
• 1-1/2 cups water
• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• 3 bay leaves
• 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. allspice

Add everything to the crock pot. Cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 5-6 hours.
